Preble County is home to seven covered bridges.

Parks

Allen and Adaline Garber Nature Center, Lewisburg, offers a mile long loop trail and several shorter trails through a 33 acre forest.The Nature Center opened to the public in April of this year and is Preble County's first county nature center.

Hueston Woods State Park, College Corner, encompasses nearly 3,000 arces of land and a large 625 acre lake. The park offers boating, hiking, horseback riding, golf, dining and overnight accomodations.

Fort Saint Clair Park, Eaton, was built in 1792 to protect the area against the threat of Indians. On November 6, of the same year, 200 Indians led by Little Turtle attacked the 100 Kentucky riflemen who had camped outside the fort, six of whom died.
