SUMMARY:Special SBA Webinar: Restaurant Revitalization Fund
DESCRIPTION:The American Rescue Plan Act established the Restaurant Revitalization Fund (RRF) to provide funding to help restaurants and other eligible businesses keep their doors open. This program will provide restaurants with funding equal to their pandemic-related revenue loss up to $10 million per business and no more than $5 million per physical location. Recipients are not required to repay the funding as long as funds are used for eligible uses no later than March 11\, 2023.\n\nOn Thursday\, May 6\, at 9 a.m.\, Alex Kohls will be presenting a webinar for us as part of SBA's outreach events focusing on the RRF for key resource groups\, stakeholders\, and small businesses. The webinar will provide an official ppt presentation\, the website for the application\, and contact number for the RRF when it goes live. The launch date for the RRF will be in several weeks. \n\nPlease share and help us get the word out to all pertinent restaurant-related business owners with whom you have contacts in your communities across Preble County\, regarding this opportunity to learn more.\n\nBased on SBA's website\, eligible entities who have experienced pandemic-related revenue loss include:\n\n Restaurants\n Food stands\, food trucks\, food carts\n Caterers\n Bars\, saloons\, lounges\, taverns\n Snack and nonalcoholic beverage bars\n Bakeries (onsite sales to the public comprise at least 33% of gross receipts)\n Brewpubs\, tasting rooms\, taprooms (onsite sales to the public comprise at least 33% of gross receipts)\n Breweries and/or microbreweries (onsite sales to the public comprise at least 33% of gross receipts)\n Wineries and distilleries (onsite sales to the public comprise at least 33% of gross receipts)\n Inns (onsite sales of food and beverage to the public comprise at least 33% of gross receipts)\n Licensed facilities or premises of a beverage alcohol producer where the public may taste\, sample\, or purchase products
