EyeMed Vision Care

Chamber of Commerce membership automatically qualifies your employees for the EyeMed's Access D program. Users of the preferred pricing program will save your employees (and their families) hundreds on eye wear purchases. Some locations also provide discounts on eye exams. Typical savings are up to 40%  on eyewear purchases (37% National Average). Employees may also save on LASIK or PRK procedures, and contact lenses through a convenient mail order program.

Employer contribution is not required, and there is no cost to your employees. We have an established account for your business through the Southern Ohio Chamber Alliance. As a business owner/operator, the only thing you need to do is request Vision Care cards, services provided, and member discounts from the Preble County Chamber of Commerce.

The Superior Dental Care program offers quality dental coverage at a fraction of the cost. The plan features no waiting periods, no pre-existing conditions or hidden costs, no claim forms and no deductibles. This dental provider group is growing quickly and chances are good that your family dentist is already included. Quality is assured through provision of dentist consultant review of claims, predetermination of certain procedures and credentialing of all providers.

 

Managed Care Organization

In response to the government mandate that all employer groups must choose a Managed Care Organization (MCO) to handle the health needs of their injured workers, SOCA partnered with CorVel Corporation to provide this benefit to its Chamber members.

CorVel Corporation is a BWC (Bureau of Workers' Compensation) certified MCO with vast managed care and Workers' Compensation experience in 48 states. CorVel provides complete employer and employee training. Injured workers will receive top-notch medical care through CorVel's statewide network of providers. Strong support through their credentialed case nurses will significantly improve your return-to-work rate.

 

Select Members Advantage

Many Chamber members are small business owners who cannot afford to offer health insurance to their employees. As an alternative, PC Chamber members and their employees may enroll in Select Members Advantage offered by John Davis of Select Benefits Global Marketing (SBGM is the provider of our Prescription Drug Discount Card).
